Description The natural pain-relieving properties of Boswellia (frankincense) and turmeric, along with chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine and hyaluronic acid, help to maintain joint elasticity. Easy to administer and contains no dyes. This product is not doping!  Dosage recommendation: for prevention and maintenance: 20 ml per day for an existing problem: 40 ml per day for 2-4 weeks, then switch to maintenance dosing. It also prevents the breakdown of cartilage.
